In the Level 2 Decodable Book Set, there are 47 books in total, split into four levels.
Level One, Two, and Three consist of 15 books. In Level Four there are 2 chapter books. The Level One books cover short vowel sounds in CVC words, the Level Two books target digraphs (two letters representing one sound), and the Level Three books build fluency with glued sounds and consonant-consonant-vowel-consonant (CCVC) words (i.e., beginning blends). The Level Four chapter books cover ending blends, clusters, and compound words.
Teacher Note: Currently, the Level 2 decodable book sets build fluency with skills taught up to Unit 2, Week 2, Day 5 of instruction.
