You can request a quote by completing the form HERE or by emailing support@whole-phonics.com. Be sure to include the items and quantities you would like, along with your full shipping address.
Once you receive your quote, they are valid for 90 days. When you are ready to order within those 90 days, simply complete the submission form HERE or email support@whole-phonics.com with a copy of your purchase order document and the quote. If you are beyond the 90 day period, simply reach out for a new quote!
If you are past the 90 day expiration date, or if you need to make any changes to your quote, complete the form HERE or email support@whole-phonics.com with your previous quote and any changes you’d like to make.
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders can be placed by filling out the order form HERE, or by emailing your purchase order document to support@whole-phonics.com. Be sure to include any quotes, items, quantities, and addresses related to your order.
Online orders: we accept Credit Cards, PayPal, AmazonPay, and ShopPay.
Purchase Orders: we accept credit card, check, and ACH payments. If you wish to pay with a credit card, please let us know when placing your order so we can create a digital invoice and payment link.
In order to be marked as tax exempt for online orders, please send us a copy of your tax exempt form HERE. Once we receive your tax exempt information, we’ll update your email address to reflect your tax exempt status.
Shipping
Our orders are typically processed to ship within 1-3 business days. Once your order has left our fulfillment center, please allow 3-7 business days for delivery at your US address. We'll send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information once your order ships. If you need to receive your order within a shorter time frame please contact us at support@whole-phonics.com so we can assist you with expediting your order.

For all US orders under $150.00 USD, there is a $10.00 shipping fee. For US orders $150 and over, there is a 7% shipping rate, which will be calculated at checkout.
Yes! We work with an online broker to assure your order gets to you in a timely manner. At checkout, the shipping total will include taxes and brokers fees, meaning you will not be hit with any additional fees or charges! For purchase orders, please let us know if you work with your own broker so we can ship accordingly.
We'll send a shipping confirmation email with the tracking information once your order ships. Please check your spam folder if you do not see an email from us within 1-3 business days after your order has been confirmed. Contact us at support@whole-phonics.com for an update if you do not receive a confirmation email.

If your order is lost in transit, or marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please email us at support@whole-phonics.com for assistance and we'll open an investigation through our shipping partner. Please allow 5 business days for the search to be completed, at which time we will replace your order in accordance with the case findings.
Returns & Exchanges
Whole Phonics offers returns for requests made within 14 days from the delivery date by emailing support@whole-phonics.com. All requests must be made with the original receipt or proof of purchase. Requests made after 14 days will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and undamaged. Refunds do not include the cost of shipping
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll process a refund back to your original payment method. Most refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account once issued; however, it may take longer depending on your bank or credit card company’s processing times. For a more accurate estimate, you can contact your financial institution directly.
The fastest way to ensure you get the books you need is to initiate a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Whole Phonics is not responsible for the shipping costs of items being returned due to buyers’ remorse. A shipping label will be provided in the event the order was damaged and supporting photos have been approved.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@whole-phonics.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide supporting photos of the items and box they were sent in. We will then make sure to send replacement items as soon as possible.
